Meet Chrissy🩷 — a 1-year-old Weimaraner mix with a huge heart, endless energy, and absolutely zero awareness of personal space (in the best way possible). She’s deaf, but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit — if anything, it’s just made her even more tuned in to the world around her. Chrissy is goofy, affectionate, and the kind of dog who makes you laugh without even trying. She loves walks, playtime, and being wherever her people are, whether that’s on the couch, in the kitchen, or following you from room to room just to see what you’re up to. Chrissy may not hear you call her name, but she’s very good at learning routines and figuring out what’s going on — especially if food is involved. She is highly motivated by snacks and will absolutely be your best friend if you’re holding a treat. She adores other dogs, enjoys meeting new people, and just wants to feel included in whatever is happening around her. She would thrive in a home that’s ready to love her for exactly who she is — a sweet, silly, social girl who’s full of personality and affection. Chrissy doesn’t need perfection, just patience, consistency, and a family who’s excited to grow with her. With her loving personality and calm nature, she’s the kind of dog who quickly becomes part of the family.Training: Sky is house-trained (or currently working on it), does well in a kennel, and is doing great (or okay) on a leash. She’s eager to please and continues to make progress as she learns new routines.Personality: Sky absolutely loves attention and thrives on being around her people. Whether it’s quiet cuddle time or simply hanging out nearby, she’s happiest when she’s with you. Her gentle temperament makes her a comforting and easy companion.Other Animals: She has done well with other dogs (or hasn’t been around them much yet) and hasn’t shown any issues. Her compatibility with cats is still unknown.Kids: Sky interacts wonderfully with kids and has been very calm and patient around them, making her a lovely potential addition to a family home.If you’re looking for a loving, gentle dog who will shower you with affection and fit right into family life, Sky may be the perfect match for you.Sky is currently in foster care outside of the shelter. My name is Charm. I am only a year old ànd weigh 37 lbs . I look like a mini weim. I love everybody and everything. I am a mini-weim mix and would love a wonderful home. I’m a very smart girl who already knows how to sit on demand. I’m pretty much house broken. I play fetch and love my chew toys. Sometimes I think my foster human is a chew toy, but I’m working on that. Everyone that meets me says I’m a very well behaved pup. I have a lot of energy but I also love snuggle and rest time. I sleep through the night snuggled beside my foster mom.
