Welsh Terrier puppies and dogs in Bellingham, Washington

Ozzy Happy Feet earned his name honestly. This happy little 10-pound guy will stand up on his back paws and dance, and somehow that perfectly sums up his personality. He’s bouncy, curious, always smiling, and usually ready to see what interesting thing is happening next. Ozzy Happy Feet is a happy-go-lucky little boy with medium to fun energy and an independent streak. He loves people and is friendly with everyone he meets, but there’s something important to know about him: Ozzy Happy Feet is not a lapdog. He would much rather be exploring, playing, walking, or checking out his surroundings than spending the entire day curled up on someone’s lap. Other dogs are a big part of Ozzy Happy Feet’s life. He currently lives with both large and small dogs and gets along great with them. His favorite playmates are two male Chihuahuas, and the three boys love running and wrestling together. Ozzy Happy Feet would especially enjoy having a similar-sized canine companion who can keep up with his style of play. Adventures are right up his alley too. Ozzy Happy Feet enjoys going for walks so he can explore, loves car rides, and likes looking out the window to see what’s going on around him. Once he’s had a chance to run and play with his dog friends, he does well settling into his crate. Because Ozzy Happy Feet is fast, busy, and curious, his future home needs a securely fenced yard. He can move quickly, so keeping him safely contained is especially important. A house is also the best fit for him because Ozzy Happy Feet can sometimes be quite vocal when he wants something. His speed is also why a home with older children ages 15 and up would be the best match. He needs family members who understand how quickly he can move and will be careful around doors and entrances. Ozzy Happy Feet isn’t looking for a life spent sitting still. He’s looking for people who will appreciate his independence, take him exploring, laugh at his little dances, and give him plenty of opportunities to play. For the right family, this tiny, happy adventurer is going to bring a whole lot of fun. If you think Ozzy Happy Feet is amazing you should check out his profile and adopt! https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6aa1a86bcc1bfcaffb056446 Questions? Meet Olive the Outgoing and Energetic! If life is a party, Olive is the girl who shows up ready to make it unforgettable! She's confident, full of personality, and always curious about what's happening around her. Whether she's meeting new friends or exploring an unfamiliar place, Olive has a way of making ordinary moments a little more entertaining. Looking for a four-legged companion to share life's adventures? Olive might be your girl! Watch her video and get to know this charming little social butterfly!https://youtu.be/eFXM-CIAqaA Olive absolutely loves other dogs! She's happiest when she has a friend to chase, wrestle, and enjoy a good game with. Her play style is enthusiastic and rough-and-tumble, so she'd especially enjoy a confident canine companion who appreciates lively games and can communicate boundaries. She regularly plays with a smaller dog in her foster home and has also enjoyed spending time with larger dogs after getting acquainted. Olive is comfortable sharing toys and attention, making her a promising match for a home with a compatible furry sibling. Olive would thrive with a family that enjoys an active lifestyle and can provide daily exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to explore. She's continuing to develop her leash manners, especially when other dogs catch her attention. With patient guidance, positive reinforcement, and consistent practice, she can keep building the skills needed for more relaxed walks. Olive is already familiar with family life! She currently lives in a foster home with children and has done well sharing her space with them. A household with older, dog-savvy kids, ideally ages 10 and up, could be a wonderful fit. She's also comfortable with her crate routine, accepts handling well, and has demonstrated polite behavior around food. Wondering about cats? Olive met a cat during her assessment and showed playful curiosity. A confident, dog-savvy cat who is comfortable establishing boundaries could be a potential match with thoughtful introductions and supervision. Apartment living may also be an option, provided her family can meet her exercise needs and continue practicing calm leash walks in shared spaces. One of Olive's most charming qualities is her independence. She enjoys companionship without needing constant attention and brings a fun, self-assured personality to the people around her. With a family who appreciates her individuality and is excited to help her continue learning, Olive has all the makings of a wonderful companion. Olive the Outgoing and Energetic is ready to find her people, make lasting memories, and discover what it means to be someone's very best girl.
