Story
Dwight(aka Spinner) is a whole lot of cuteness. He has alot of Terrier energy so exercise is a must. A secure yard is a huge plus however, he a tiny boy so you need to be outside with him. He walks on a leash ,but he can get under foot . He is spunky, out going and adores other small dogs. He doesn't really like to be held, but were working on that.
