Ri has had such a tough time finding the right home. She was originally a rescue from Puerto Rico. She is shy meeting new people but warms up and then is a velcro dog. She does well with other dogs and cats, and while she walks nice on a leash would love a fenced yard to run in. She is crate trained and housetrained. She would do best in a quieter home with older or no children.

Come meet Chispa! Chipsa is a 7 year old Whippet mix, who before coming to the shelter lived a life of neglect as an outdoor dog. Despite that, Chipsa has a heart overflowing with love for people, other dogs- not so much! While not outwardly reactive to other dogs out on walks, Chispa would need to be the only pet in the home. Chipsa has recently gone on trips out of the shelter to get a break and did well! She rode in the car like a champ, loved roaming around the park and took selfies (only on her good side). You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kyra is a beautiful girl who we welcomed from China as she has been rescued from the meat trade.
