**FOSTER UPDATE** Joya has arrived in New Jersey and has settled into a loving foster home. Her foster family says that she is the ultimate snuggler!! When she’s not snuggled up asking for belly rubs she’s running around playing. She always needs to keep tabs on us and likes to be close by. Joya can't wait to meet you at our next adoption event.
