Meet Miss Janie! This wire-haired terrier mix was rescued from a high kill shelter in Bakersfield. She was in desperate need of some tender love and care. She has acclimated to living in a condo with cats. She has hardly ever barked and has picked up a potty routine quickly. While her humans are away she hangs out in her pup pen. She is a cuddly and happy girl working on her social skills when she goes for walks in the neighborhood. She would make an amazing companion for any type of family. Miss Janie is looking for a loving and patient forever home where she can be her humans endless shadow and receive lots of cuddles. Apply to meet Miss Janie today!

Story
Feisty is a curious, happy-go-lucky pup with all the best puppy energy. He sleeps in his crate at night, does a great job going potty outside, and enjoys playing with the resident dogs in his foster home. Feisty loves his toys and is always ready for playtime, but he's also impressively smart&#194&#151he already knows sit, down, and touch. With his playful personality and quick learning skills, Feisty would be a fun and rewarding companion for an active, loving home. Born to mama Sassie, Feisty and his siblings seem to have earned their looks from dad. We believe Sassie is a mix of Kelpie and Wirehaired Terrier but with their wavy coats, we think these puppies may have Shepherd and Labradoodle in them as well. They are currently on track to be large dogs. Feisty is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting a Sassie puppy then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Please email us at I doginfo@labsandmore.org if you need assistance. Thank you for looking to a rescue group to fulfill your dream of adding a new dog to your life! Story
Looking for something one-of-a-kind? Meet Etsy! This sweet 3-year-old is a scruffy girl that is a Terrier mix just shy of 20 lbs. She is the ultimate easygoing cuddle companion. Etsy has a calm and gentle personality. She loves to sleep in and cuddle with you on the couch or in bed. She gets along well with other dogs and would do fine in a home with or without other dogs. She can be a little shy upon first meeting and we think she'd do best in a home with older children who understand how to respect her space. Her leash manners are impeccable and she is housetrained with regular potty breaks outside. If you think Etsy might be the perfect addition to your family, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today!
