Story
Nibbles is an absolute love and received his name from the love nibbles he likes to give. He is a 1 year old wirehaired terrier mix who came to us after being hit by a car. Nibbles had a rough start to life. We think his first few months were spent mostly in a crate. We've been working with him on how to "dog" and he's ready to find the loving person who will help him transform into an even more amazing dog. He can still be occasionally mouthy so an adult only home is preferred or at least high school age children. This only occurs when he is excited and he can be easily diverted with a toy. Nibbles would make a great running or hiking companion. He is an awesome guy just waiting for the right person to come along! To meet Nibbles, submit an application at www.wetnosesanimalrescue.org.Adorable schnauzer puppy alert!

Story
Minnie is a little 7 pound doll who is 12 years young. Don't let the age fool you - this girl loves to explore outside and go on adventures. Minnie is a curious, affectionate, and happy girl. Minnie just exudes happiness and love, all wrapped up in one little package. Definitely a people dog, Minnie likes to be where the humans are so she can get attention and ear scratches. She is so excited when her people come home and her foster mom reports Minnie follows her everywhere, curious about whatever mom is doing. This little girl is the perfect companion to cuddle with and watch a movie or simply take a walk. Minnie is doing great with both her canine and feline foster siblings. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. If interested in adding this bundle of joy to your home, please submit an application at wetnosesanimalrescue.org.

Story
Bart is a reserved 11 year old Jack Russel/ Cattle dog. In his 11 years, this wise man has seen a lot. He is his own judge of character. Prefers a quiet and calm life. He now shares our lobby with several other friendly, playful pups and he does well. He hangs around to meet new adopters and guest. Might say hello to some or might just walk away. We know he has a crush on our Executive Director. A home including a male would be good. He does well with others when he can approach on his terms. Another dog in the home would be great. Might take Bart a minute to settle in, however, we believe with patience, love, kindness, the trust will come. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal. To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Check out this cutie! Summit is a male Jack Russell/Boston Terrier mix born September 2020. He is the perfect companion for an adult only home. He is a small stocky dog and only weighs twenty-one pounds. Summit forms a strong bond with his owner and sometimes can be protective. He is a happy little dog when playing with his pals outside. Summit would enjoy the companionship of a well-mannered dog in his new home. If you own a dog, we can arrange a playdate to see if they are a match. He is already housebroken and would enjoy a home with a fenced in yard so he can run and play safely.
