Pilot is a one year old male, mixed breed. He is very loving and playful. Every day is an adventure in his eyes. He spends the day running and playing with the other dogs. In between laps around the yard, he stops to check in with his foster mom and give her a few kisses and get some love. Pilot is a normal dog except he has a stricture that prevents food from moving into his stomach normally. This only means he needs to eat very wet food so it can move normally into his stomach. Pilot is a normal dog in every other way. This handsome boy would be a great camping or hiking buddy. He would do best with an active owner who wants a constant companion or partner in crime. Sally Mae is a 1 year old Terrier/Chihuahua mix who perfectly balances spunk and sweetness. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs—she would likely thrive in a home with another furry companion. Shy at first, Sally Mae quickly warms up once she gets to know you and shows off her affectionate, playful personality. This active little girl loves to play, stay busy, and enjoy outdoor adventures. Because she can struggle with anxiety and has a tendency to be a flight risk, a secure, fenced-in yard is a must for her safety while she enjoys her zoomies and outdoor time. She’s also a good walker and responds well to guidance, making her a joy to take on adventures. Sally Mae is looking for a family who understands her needs, can provide her with a safe and loving environment, and appreciates her playful, loving nature. Due to needing a quieter and calmer home, she would do best not going into a home with any small/young children. With the right home, she’s sure to bring endless joy, fun, and companionship to her people. Sally Mae currently weighs about 17 lbs., is approximately 1 years old (est. birth date 02/04/2024), and her adoption fee is $315. Sally Mae has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
