Meet White: White is a 10-month-old wire-haired terrier mix who is ready for a fresh start. He was recently surrendered to the shelter when his owner developed health problems and could no longer care for him. He is a fun, cute, and happy guy who loves being around people. White does well with dogs and kids, making him a great fit for many families. He has not been tested with cats yet. White is potty trained and has a medium energy level. He enjoys running around the yard, playing, and being active, but he’s also happy to spend time with his people. At just 10 months old, he’s still a young pup with lots of love and fun to bring to a home. Currently about 25 pounds, White will be neutered this week and will be ready to head north and start settling into a loving home. She would love a home with another dog that also likes to play and can match her energy! She absolutely loves everyone she meets but is she’s still young and gets excited when meeting people. She would be best in a home with older kids due to her high energy level. This girl lives for hugs, snuggles, and will soak up any attention she can get! Fiesta loves treats, toys, playing fetch, and going to doggy daycare to meet new friends! She is very friendly and social with the other dogs and loves to play in the snow!  Fiesta has been making great progress in her training sessions! This girl has recently discovered her love for swimming! She is now jumping off the steps and even did her last lesson without a life jacket! She has been working on her leash skills and not pulling when she gets excited. She sits so nicely when it's time to put on her leash! She is learning to wait as well as not to jump up when she gets excited. She knows hot to sit, lie down, paw, shake, and twirl! Apply to meet Fiesta and she will be ready to welcome you with lots of hugs and kisses!  Adoption Fee: $450We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. March 14, 2026, 10:45 pm
