Meet Nala! 🐾 Nala is a Wirehaired Terrier Mix who’s looking for a loving home, a long-term rescue placement, or a sanctuary where she can share her joyful and playful spirit. Despite having some medical needs, this sweet girl is full of life and happiness 🙂 Nala came into rescue with diabetes and EPI, which is easily managed with two insulin shots and a special supplement with her meals twice a day, which helps keep her in great shape and ready for fun! **Her care costs $400/month** Nala adores playing with kids, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is perfectly fine with cats. She’s a versatile companion who can fit into various households. Nala’s ideal placement can take many forms: a forever home ready to embrace her needs, a long-term rescue committed to her ongoing care, or a sanctuary that can provide her with stability and love. Hi! My name is Marlowe! I'm a 3-year-old male cairn terrier mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Cuddly, Goofy, Energetic Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I'm a funny little guy who wants to be as close to you as possible! I have zero concept of personal space, who needs that anyway? I can be energetic and love playing with all kinds of toys. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 5/10 Housetraining Status: I have been good at keeping my kennel clean, however it may take some time for me to adjust the schedule in my new home. I should do well in a home: I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Being as close to my human as possible and exploring outside.
