Zorro is a male Xoloitzcuintli. He's 10 months old. He's considered a mini.There are 3 sizes toy, mini, standard. He weighs roughly about 22lbs.He's great with kids, cats, other dogs. He is potty trained indoor out and out doors.He's crate trained. He understands commands like: Sit, down, stay, come, etc.Xoloitzcuintli are family dogs. He loves to cuddle and be included in everything.He was trained with a E-collar for correction only. His independent nature makes it seem like he's easily distracted. He isnt fully coated and needs to be regularly bathed, moisturized, and protected from the sun. My mother is elderly and I have become her full time caregiver. I dont have the time Zorro deserves anymore. I have to move back to take care of my mother and her place does not allow pets. Im looking for someone who is experienced with partially hairless dogs with high energy.He's a great dog and I want to make sure he finds a family or someone who share their lives with him

I sadly have to rehome my 2 xolos due to life circumstances. Vixey is turning 5 in September and is spayed. She is very sweet and a little quirky. She’s playful but also content to just chill a lot of the time. She would definitely benefit from some additional training (walking on leash and more socialization). She has been introduced to other dogs successfully in the past. I do not know if she is good with cats or young children. She's a sweet and silly girl and I believe with more stimulation and training she can be good in any home that has experience with dogs. If there happened to be anyone who's equipped to take on both dogs, that would be amazing, but Dusky has much higher needs and requires more work (see post if interested). Story

Dusky is a 6-year-old male and neutered. I've had him since he was a puppy and love him very much, but his needs exceed my capacity at this point. He is incredibly intelligent. He loves to use his brain and cuddle. However, he has significant behavioral challenges. He is reactive (people + animals). He has some anxiety and acts aggressive in specific situations (bathing, muzzling, taking something from him he stole, sometimes harnessing). I AM LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PERSON WHO CAN DEVOTE THE TIME AND ENERGY TO THE TRAINING HE NEEDS TO THRIVE. He loves to learn and I truly believe with the right home he can improve significantly. Sadly, I recognize that is not with me and I want him to have a better life. He has a good heart and bonds deeply with his person. Loves to be pet and cuddled. Will upload better recent pics soon. (His ear is disfigured from a past hematoma that was treated, see pic 1. It looks better than that now and doesn’t cause him any issues.)

Meet Abigail! Our dainty little Abigail is pure sweetness and the quintessential lap dog. She loves kisses and cuddles and can snuggle for days. She also enjoys walks but would much rather be snug in your arms. Abigail is 14-years old and weighs 7-lbs. It is hard to imagine that Abigail was found wandering in traffic. A Good Samaritan scooped her up and contacted us; we could not say no to her sad little face. Of course, she is a happy girl now and we will see that the rest of her life is filled with happiness. Abigail has very limited vision and kidney disease, and she requires subq fluids several times a week. Abigail is up to date on shots, fully vetted including a dental and x-rays, microchipped and spayed. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation. Chihuahua who is spayed, microchipped, fully vetted, and ready to find her new family. Sadly, Choo Choos beloved owner passed away, and we are hoping to find her a home where she can continue the spoiled, loved life she has always known. Choo Choo is the definition of a perfect little companion dog. She loves curling up in your lap, burrowing under cozy blankets, and sleeping snuggled up next to her person at night. She also enjoys her neighborhood walks and being by your side for life's simple moments. She has the sweetest personality and the cutest little expressions that will absolutely melt your heart. Choo Choo gets along with everyone she meets and has a gentle, easygoing nature. She has not lived with cats, so we aren't sure how she would do with feline friends. She is not a big barker, but she's a great little watchdog and will let you know if something unusual is going on.
