Sid is seeking a cozy bed to lay on and watch the world go by. He is housebroken - crate trained - walks well on a leash. He would love a nice, quiet place to relax and call home and a best friend. Sid does get along well with other dogs - he doesn't play but enjoys their company. He does like to lay his head on a soft toy.

Story
Lumi & Casper have been with us for about a month after being dumped in a forest and trapped by park rangers. Lumi was still full of milk, clearly separated from her puppies. Casper appears to be her identical twin and constant comfort. These two are adorable 1-year-old Parsons Jack Russell Terrier mixes, weighing about 16–20 lbs. They are very scared of people and will need time, patience, and a gentle home — but they will come around. Casper is playful and eager to trust, with so much potential. Lumi is more fearful and relies heavily on him, following his lead and avoiding human touch for now. Together, they build confidence little by little. Recently, they’ve discovered toys and absolutely love them, which has been a joy to watch. They also adore the female Jack Russell in their foster home. Because of holiday travel, they’ve been bounced between short-term fosters and boarding and desperately need a stable, quiet place to land. Their ideal home: • Adult-only, calm household • Secure, solid 5–6’ fenced yard • No children or teens (quick movements and doors are too risky) • Fine with 1–2 small dogs their size or smaller — or just each other They are crate trained, house trained, and feel safest in their crates. While they aren’t comfortable with hands yet and must stay leashed outside, they follow their people indoors, watch closely, and are wonderfully curious. Trust will come with consistency and kindness. Adoption is also an option, but fostering would be a beautiful first step. 💙
