Meet Zoot, Your new best friend! He is a 100% a lap dog, he loves to snuggle with staff and wear cozy sweaters. He does have strong resource guarding with his personal items like his bed/blankets; it is best to not attempt to take those items away while he is near them or that can trigger a response from him. He was unfortunately surrendered by his first owner, who loved him very much, because she began treatment for health issues. Zoot would be the ideal companion for families with children of ages 10 years and above, he does not care for canine companionship so he needs to be the only dog in the household. Zoot has never met a cat, so a slow introduction would be necessary. He is the kind of companion that will never leave your side. If you are looking for your next buddy, that is down for any adventure. Zoot is the perfect fit for you!
