Story
Hi my name is Irvin!- Im shy at first but once we meet we`ll be best friends!- I am smart and eager to learn, and I am ready to take on the world with my family. - Due to my timidness i may not do well with kids of all ages- I have no history with cats- I can be reserved with other dogs at first but just need time to adjust- I am laid back kind of pup just looking for a slow-going family. I am in my prime and ready for whatever my new family is up to do. - Energy level: Now and Then, I enjoy leisurely walks, but I`m also content curled up on the couch! No appointment necessary!Meet me at AAWL`s Main Shelter!25 N. 40th StPhoenix AZ 85034602-273-6852Adoption Hours:Monday - ClosedTuesday - Friday & Sunday - 11:30am - 6:00pmSaturday - 10:30am - 6:00pm.AAWL requires that all adopted dogs leave with a leash and collar and all cats leave in a carrier.

Story
**This is a courtesy listing for Frosted Faces, Vintage Paws Animal Rescue** Say hello to Noble & Majesty! This adorable Poodle-mix duo is looking for a home together in Phoenix, Az. They have been through a lot together already and we would love to keep them as a pair. Both dogs were found severely matted and dirty, running around a mountain preserve. They were taken in by a good samaritan and brought to the rescue. Noble is the male and weighs 15.6 pounds. Majesty is the female and weighs 13.8 pounds. They are both estimated between one and one-and-a-half-years-old, and may be siblings. Both dogs are shy at first which isn't surprising considering the journey they have already endured. They warm up once they know you and are happy for lap time and gentle pets. Noble and Royal would do best in a home with no small children, as they can be skittish. They need a family who will be patient as they become a part of the home, and learn things like potty and leash-training. We don't know much about this duo's past that led them to wandering around a mountain for clearly quite awhile, but we do hope that their future will be royal indeed. 3 The duo's adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations up to date including Rabies certificate, and microchip. Story
Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Rescued dogInformation Please read! If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with children as they have not been exposed to children, and we do not know how they will react. Hi! My name is Tripp and I am an adorable, tiny senior Yorkie boy who was born 8/12/15, and I weigh 5 pounds. I must have an all-adult home, only. I love laps and am tiny enough to go everywhere with you. I have a best buddy named Colton if you can love two of us. No big dogs, please. I want to be the center of your world, ride in the car, travel and go everywhere with you. Home visit is required upon adoption. My buddy Colton has a grade 5 heart murmur and takes Vetmedin twice a day.  If you have been waiting for a gorgeous, tiny Yorkie boy, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org.
