Meet Monies!
Monies is a sweet, 2-year-old Yorkie with a gentle, shy nature—at least at first. Once he feels comfortable, he warms up quickly and becomes a loyal little shadow who never leaves your side. He’s happiest simply being with his person, whether he’s lounging beside you during a quiet afternoon or exploring the yard on a mini adventure. Monies loves being part of everything you do and wants to be included in all the moments of your day. This handsome young boy has a unique coat, a charming personality, and one stunning crystal-blue eye that’s sure to steal your heart. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even children, despite his initial shyness. Monies will go to his new home neutered, up to date on vaccines, and dewormed. He is house trained and doesn’t need to be crated—he’s well-behaved and prefers to stay close to his people. For that reason, he’ll do best in a home where crating isn’t necessary. If you’re looking for an eye-catching little companion with a personality to match his charm, look no further—Monies is your guy. Jessie is eight years old, pocket-sized, and powered entirely by love. Yes, he’s blind. No, he does not care. This little Yorkie mix sees with his heart, and frankly, it’s working better than most of ours. We took him to the ophthalmologist, and his eyesight can’t be restored, but Jessie didn’t get that memo. He gets around beautifully, follows the sound of your voice, and settles right into the rhythm of the home like he’s lived there forever. Jessie is excellent with dogs, ignores cats, and absolutely devoted to his person. His dream life? Being carried around like a baby from now until eternity. Snuggly, gentle, house trained, and just the sweetest little soul. Jessie is the kind of dog who reminds you what a privilege it is to be loved by an animal. UPDATE!! Sweet Louie came to us a few weeks back from an overcrowded shelter. Poor boy was dumped by his family. He’s an 8 year old 16 lb Yorkie. Sadly, he is blind but he navigates well and doesn’t let it slow him down. Hes great with kids, cats and dogs. He’s lovable and sweet. He’s utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
