Low fee! Roxie is a lucky girl! Luckly, you say? Isn't she 9 years old and found along the side of the road almost bald? Lucky? Yup! Because she was found by a good Samaritan who took her in and cared for her until she was healthy again (and no longer bald). Because the Samaritan could not keep her, however, she surrendered this Yorkie mix to us because she knew we would do everything we could to find Roxie a good home! Once again, lucky because we were just the right rescue! Mitzu is a spunky little scruffy Yorkie mix who’s equal parts fun and fabulous. This pint-sized guy is full of personality and always ready for action. Whether it’s chasing toys, exploring the yard, or charming everyone he meets, Mitzu lives life like every day is his birthday. He gets along great with other dogs and loves being part of the fun. Mitzu’s playful and social, but he also enjoys a good cuddle when it’s time to wind down. He’s the perfect mix of energetic and affectionate, your ideal little adventure buddy with a side of snuggle. Mitzu is neutered, up to date on vaccines, on parasite prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.

UPDATE!! Sweet Louie came to us a few weeks back from an overcrowded shelter. Poor boy was dumped by his family. He’s an 8 year old 16 lb Yorkie. Sadly, he is blind but he navigates well and doesn’t let it slow him down. Hes great with kids, cats and dogs. He’s lovable and sweet. He’s utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you! UPDATE! Meet Uri! This little dude came to use from an overcrowded shelter. Sadly, his owner died and he was left in some not so great conditions until the was turned over to the shelter and turned over to us! He’s an adorable Yorkie Mix. He’s 6-9 years old and 15 lbs but on the thin side. He is a timid boy and due to his age and where he came from we believe an older calmer home would be best. He’s settling in and getting cleaned up and we will update his pics and info as they come. He’s utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and will be neutered and adoption ready soon.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained.
