Change has been a little confusing for him, and right now he can be a bit standoffish as he figures out who and what he can trust.With time, love, and plenty of patience, Pesto has all the makings of a truly wonderful companion. He’s the kind of dog who will do best in a calm, understanding home where expectations are gentle and affection is given at his pace. Once he feels safe and settled, his personality is sure to shine through.If you’re someone who understands that the best relationships are built slowly and thoughtfully, Pesto may be the perfect little sidekick for you. A patient home will help this sweet boy feel secure and loved again. 🐾💛Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.

Mike is a 4-month-old puppy, very sweet, playful, and affectionate. He is healthy and has received his age-appropriate vaccines. He is still in potty training, as expected for his age. Mike does well with people and other dogs and loves having space to play. Rehoming due to personal circumstances, with the goal of finding him a loving and stable home where he can continue to grow and thrive. He would do best with a family that has time, patience, and ideally a yard. Serious inquiries only.
