A little backstory on Bo...
At first, Bo, was living in an abusive situation. Luckily his adopters of the past two years came along and rescued him. Little did he know that only after two years of living with this loving family, that his situation would change yet again. Bo's adoptive family found themselves in a dire living situation, and to prevent Bo from not having a roof over his head, they made the tough decision to get help and find him another home.

What can we say about Bo...
Bo has been with us for a week now. Bo hit the ground running. We have 9 other dogs with us right now. Bo rested comfortably in his new area and rested for the evening when he first came home with us. The very next day, he was out mingling with all of the other dogs. Bo is a resilient, go getter. We are not saying that it won't take him time to get use to a situation, but he meets it head on. Bo came with a house partner, Rusty. You can read Rusty's bio on another page. Right now, we're all about Bo. Bo does have a special need of some sort; he is afraid of storms and fireworks. He has medication that he takes 30 minutes prior to the event, and he does just fine. Bo will definitely alert you to danger, but he doesn't bark at everything. At the end of the day, he just wants a lap to cuddle up in. We do feed Bo separate from his compadre because he is a slow eater. Rusty will finish his and then go and eat at Bo's. Therefore, we separate them when eating. Bo does excellent with all the other dogs, ranging in weight from 6 pounds to 56 pounds, but he is not afraid to tell the larger ones when they step on his toes. I am not saying he picks a fight, but he will voice his opinion. Bo loves to lounge in bed with his humans. Bo is an all-around good, cuddly boy.
