Story
Butter & Scotch (2.5 yr old male and female) were recently rescued after being forced to live together in a small backyard cage in South Florida, exposed to extreme heat, rain, mosquitoes, and a heartbreaking lack of love and kindness. Despite everything they endured, these two incredibly sweet souls still greet people with affection and gentle hearts. Their resilience is truly inspiring. Butter & Scotch are calm, loving, and crave the simple comforts they’ve always deserved—soft beds, sunny windows to look out of, cozy laps, and the safety of an indoor-only home filled with love. They are now searching for a forever home where they will be cherished and protected for the rest of their lives. If you’re interested in giving Butter & Scotch the loving home they deserve, please contact Tammy at 954-607-8508.'   Pet Adoption Application March 18, 2026, 11:43 am

Story
Mochi was found abandoned on the street as a wee little kitten, and she has now grown up to a big tubby 3 year old. Unfortunately, it has become difficult to keep her due to behavioral issues. She is quite an anxious cat and any loud unknown noises will set her off in either a fight or flight mode. However, she is very sweet in her own special ways. She despises being held and sometimes will allow for you to pet her if she's feeling generous. Whomever she gets attached to she will follow around and stay by your side (a 2 foot distance at least). She enjoys playing in short bursts, whether it be pretend hunting/chasing or with small toys. Although her idea of a toy is a household item like a pen or anything that is easy for her to push around the house, while the cat toy will lay untouched in the corner. She's a special little cat that you will come to love.
