Story
Nemo was rescued as a kitten from Tucson Arizona in May of 2017. He was approximately 6-7 weeks old when I rescued him and I brought him back to Indiana from college. He grew up with a red nose pit bull, Rusty. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. He is approximately 7 years old and is trained to go to outside to potty. We have since had 2 children, and we care for my elderly father in law who is in worsening condition. We are having increased demand for caring for our family, and we are looking to rehome Nemo. He would do well in home where he could roam outside and come back for food and bed time. Overall he is not super affectionate and enjoys his space. He has always been patient with my children, but like I said he enjoys his space. He has is claws and is neutered. We can update him on shots before being rehomed if needed.

Story
Pipper is an adult female with a gentle soul and a heart that truly belongs to other animals. She is very, very, very shy at first and will need a patient, understanding adopter who is willing to let her set the pace and come out of her shell in her own time. While she may not rush up for attention right away, Pipper shows her affection in quieter ways—she loves being in the same room as you, keeping you company from a safe distance and soaking up the comfort of simply not being alone. Once she feels secure, her playful side begins to shine, especially when toys or tasty treats are involved, as she is very food motivated. Pipper adores other cats and does wonderfully with dogs, making her the perfect “cat for your cat” or a sweet companion for a friendly, calm canine. She gains confidence from having animal friends around and truly thrives in a home where she’s not the only one. Pipper does not enjoy being picked up, but she will happily share space, play, and coexist with her people and furry friends. With time, patience, and love, Pipper will reward you with her quiet presence and the kind of companionship that feels especially meaningful because it’s earned. Our cats and Kittens are fed a variety of high quality cat food including Fromm, Wellness, American Journey, Instinct, Stella and Chewy, Weruva and similar brands that are free of Corn, Soy, Carrageen, Artificial Flavors and Colors . Adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, HCPCh, FeLv), booster shots of HCPCh, and FeLv, microchip, FIV/FeLv testing, and deworming. Adoption Fee $110 Apply at bfrescue.com/cats
