Meet Dolokhov!Dolokhov is a gorgeous 4-year-old Abyssinian mix who is looking for a new beginning after losing the only family he knew.Dolokhov came to the shelter after his owners sadly passed away. Despite such a major change in his life, he has shown us what a sweet, easygoing boy he is. He enjoys attention, takes life in stride, and has one particular weakness: catnip. Give him a little and you’ll quickly discover his fun side!Dolokhov arrived with his brother, Anatole, a handsome Manx, as well as their former housemate, KitKat. All three are looking for loving homes. If you’ve dreamed of having two big, beautiful orange boys in your life, Dolokhov and Anatole would certainly make a handsome pair. They are available for adoption individually as well, so Dolokhov would also be happy to start his next chapter with a family of his own.At 4 years old, Dolokhov is past the kitten stage but still has plenty of years ahead of him to provide companionship, entertainment, purrs, and all the personality that comes with loving an orange cat.Dolokhov has already experienced a tremendous loss. Now he needs the security of knowing he’s home again.Come meet this sweet boy and give Dolokhov the fresh start he deserves.

Meet Tato  Tato is a sweet, gentle kitten who may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time and patience, and his loving personality really shines. Once he feels comfortable, Tato becomes a total cuddle bug and enjoys being close to his people. He is a calm and quiet little guy who loves playing with toys and gets along wonderfully with other cats. Tato also does well with calm, respectful dogs. He’s a little unsure about being held at first, but once he’s warmed up to you, he does just fine with it. Tato is currently recovering from a prior injury to his nose. His healing is progressing well, and his nose is looking better as he continues to recover.  Tato would do best with someone who understands that earning a shy kitten’s trust takes a little time, but the love and cuddles you get in return are absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a gentle, peaceful companion with a sweet personality, Tato could be your perfect match! Tato is ready to find his forever home and show his new family just how much love this little guy has to give. Meet Papa!  Papa is a sweet, talkative boy who just needs a little time and patience to feel comfortable in new surroundings. He can be shy at first, but he is currently working on his socialization skills and learning that people can be trusted. Papa is very food-motivated, making tasty treats a great way to help him build confidence and form positive connections with his people. He does okay with being held and, once he starts to feel comfortable, his talkative personality begins to shine. Papa would do best with a patient adopter who understands that he may need some time to adjust and is willing to let him come out of his shell at his own pace. He has also done well with calm dogs and may be comfortable sharing his home with a gentle canine companion. If you're looking for a sweet boy who just needs someone willing to give him the time and patience he deserves, Papa could be your perfect match!  PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application.
