Story
Meet Pepita, the spunky and playful girl of her litter! She loves to play and wrestle with her brother, Steak, and is always on the move. Despite her energetic nature, Pepita also enjoys cuddling and is very comfortable around pets, both dogs and cats. She has even been around small children and is a great companion for anyone looking for a playful and affectionate kitten.Rescued from a backyard, Pepita and her siblings were brought in by their momma in search of help, and now she’s looking for her forever home where she can bring endless joy and love.  If you think Pepita is the girl for you,  please go to our website and fill out an application for her!  charmingpetrescue.orgIMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.July 16, 2024, 9:52 pm

Story
Meet Sunny (orange and white, bonded with Daisy). At four years, they are still full of energy and will be sure to break out in squeaks any time they hear the fridge door open. They enjoy time outside of their cage and occasional cuddles, and will even tolerate nail trims (as long as theres lettuce involved!). Daily fruits and veggies are a must, and theyll love you forever if you can share some lettuce, cilantro, bell peppers, berries, or apple. Sunny and Daisy will be sad to leave their home, but cant wait to find a forever family!Adoption donation is $25 for the pair, with supplies! Please visit our website www.motleyzoorescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Bodie is the sweetest cat of all! He will happily spend all day receiving pets or sitting on your lap. He sleeps quite a bit but can be extremely vocal. He has some health issues including FIV and kidney disease and needs a low phosphorus diet but no medications. His gentle and loving temperment make him an ideal companion for anyone in a quiet home. Is afraid of other cats and may not do well in a multi-cat home. Unknown history with kids or dogs.

Story
I bought my Siamese cat from a reputable breeder when she was just a kitten. Now, at 2 years old, she’s full of energy and incredibly affectionate. I’m looking for a new home where she can get plenty of attention and maybe even have some feline friends to keep her company. She's very vocal, curious, and loves to explore. She’s a sweet, playful cat who just needs the right environment to thrive.
