Meet Chai! 🐾 Chai is a handsome Siamese boy with an independent personality and a love for his four-legged friends! He may not be the cuddly, attention-seeking type, but he has plenty of personality once he feels comfortable. Chai is very shy around people and will usually run away when someone approaches him. The quickest way to his heart? Food! Bring out something tasty and suddenly Chai is much more interested in making friends. While he doesn't seek out affection, he is tolerant of being picked up and handled. Where Chai really shines is with other animals. He loves playing and spending time with other cats and would do best in a home with another friendly, confident cat who can be his companion and help him feel secure. He also doesn't mind dogs and is currently living in a foster home with them. Chai is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who won't expect him to become a lap cat overnight—or possibly at all. He'll need someone willing to let him build trust at his own pace and appreciate him for the independent, quirky boy he is. With another cat by his side, plenty of playtime, and some tasty bribery, Chai will make a wonderful addition to the right home. 💙 All our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, FELV tested, microchipped, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines.
