Story
Bambi originally came to the shelter as a stray in December 2024 at a young age (approx. 1.5 years old). She was adopted in March 2025 but was returned two weeks later because the owner "didn't have time" to properly train her (she was chewing on things she wasn't supposed to, etc.--typical of a very young dog who needs someone to provide consistent behavior training). She was then adopted a week later (April 2025) but was just returned AGAIN by her owner (May 2026) because she "wouldn't stay home". The second adopter lives in a rural area and kept Bambi outdoors, and she began following the neighborhood children home. Bambi is great dog, friendly with everyone and even likes cats! It's not Bambi's fault that she's here...honestly.

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Willow is a 6-month-old Anatolian/Great Pyrenees mix that was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of her own. She is great with men, women, and even children! She is shy at first, but once she warms up, she is very playful! She is good with cats and is a great livestock guardian, her previous best friends were two goats! Although, you will still have to watch her around chickens. She is very shy around other dogs and will sometimes resource guard her food and water, so feeding her separately from other dogs is recommended and a meet and greet with all other dogs in the house is required. She is a beautiful girl that will make someone a great friend. Ask staff about meeting her today!
