Story
John is a 2 year old, Pitbull not an American pit bull terrier, and Great Pyrenees. We got him and his sister when they were puppies. He is crate trained and potty trained. He dose cry if you lock him in and it is not bed time or you are not in the room with him. He is a people person. He dose argue with his sister, about staying in the house. He love the cat and licks him, but he also likes to chase, if the cat runs from him. He loves my grandkids and friends when they come over. He is huge and can easily knock you down, he dose not realize how big and strong he is. He walks on leash with special collar as he likes to pull. He wants to be petted and as close to you as he can get. Oh he hates rain and baths, and dose not care for having his nails trimmed. Loves to fetch and play tug of war. Loves to chase his tail.

But she always trying to get him to go out and play. She has a rock she likes to play with, like soccer. She walks on leash but likes to pull,so she has a special collar. Story
CURRENTLY IN FOSTER IN SAN DIEGO     -Crate trained -Potty trained  -Walks well on leash and knows all essential commands.  -As he is still a puppy, with that he is curious about everything and can have some fear leash reactivity to other dogs, but handles corrections very well and settles quickly. As of now, it is only on occasion, (recent example: nighttime walk with a passing dog with a light up collar). -He has solid recall on leash to redirect or heel and respects boundaries well.  -He is learning the size of his big body and is so incredibly gentle, but a goof on occasion, as he should :)! -He lives beautifully with his 13 year old black lab brother. He is gentle, patient and kind towards him. Such a love! His foster mom gave a slow and structured intro over about a week and they became besties!  -Gus lives with other neighboring dogs of all sizes and ages and minds his business. He has gone on a couple of out of town vacations with his foster mom and needs structure through his safe space crate but loves the adventure and does well in the car. -His foster mom has prioritized cooperative care and he takes his grooming wonderfully and loves his morning/afternoon and evening snuggles! He doesn’t miss an opportunity to get some love ❤️!  -Gus will be the family protector and bestie and would thrive with anyone who understands how intelligent and sensitive Anatolian/Shepards are. There is no fooling them ☺️.   -Gus has so much love to give and would do best with anyone with a moderate to active lifestyle. He is also an excellent homebody! His foster family has helped Gus build confidence to settle and entertain himself with enrichment toys while learning self regulation. He is perfectly content with a 30-60 min walk once a day, adequate potty breaks, some lovin’, and a good honey collagen hide.  -Great with kids, tested 4 and up. Gus is always curious, but submissive and gentle around all other babies/kids, but only tested with 4 and up. He’s a huge (95 lb) puppy and is still learning his body/size .   May 18, 2026, 4:59 pm
