Hi there! My name is Bingo! I am a male 5 month old Husky and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus, eager for a new home! I was brought in as a surrender since my previous home was no longer able to keep up with my energy. I'm a very smart (sometimes too smart for my own good) but energetic and loving breed who will need lots of outlets to burn off my energy! I'll need someone to dedicate their time to crate and potty training, socializing me with the world, and would thrive in a home with lots of structure and routine. If you don't mind a sometimes independent, sometimes mischievous pup who may sometimes talk back, I'm your guy! Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission. Hope to see you soon!

Basically, he’s figuring out “how to dog.” He benefits from guidance in reading canine cues, building confidence, and learning how to play appropriately with other dogs. With positive experiences and patient leadership, he has so much potential to blossom into a great canine companion.Wolfy will also need continued work on leash conditioning.
