Story
Name: EllenBreed: Akita/HuskySex: Spayed FemaleAge: 5 years oldWeight: 70lbEllen is a 5-year-old, 70-pound sweetheart with a heart just as big as her personality. She’s affectionate, friendly, loyal, and smart—truly the full package! Ellen loves being with her people and is always ready for an adventure or a cozy moment by your side. She has previously lived with other dogs and may do well with a canine companion, but would prefer to meet any potential dog friends first to ensure a good match. Ellen has not been around children or cats, so a meet-and-greet would be recommended to see if she’s the right fit for your household. With her gentle nature, charming personality, and eagerness to please, Ellen is a wonderful companion who is ready to find her forever home.If you’re looking for a loving, loyal friend, Ellen would love to meet you!Adoption Application: https://qacmd.seamlessdocs.com/f/adoptionapp

Story
Looking for a loving home for Shadow. She is a very sweet and friendly girl that is looking for a family to love her back. She loves walks and loves to run, so a yard will be important. My mother rescued her last year but is unable to properly care for her and I am allergic. I do not want to take her back to a shelter. I am looking for a home where she can be a part of the family, both giving and receiving love. She is crate trained and house trained. She does love to jump and can jump high. She is great with people, kids included. She gets excited around cats and dogs and is very friendly to them as well, as long as they dont mind her excitement. She just wants to play. She will make someone a very good companion.

Story
Tucker is one of the most energetic and joyful dogs you’ll ever meet. From the moment he wakes up, his tail is wagging, and he’s ready to play. Whether it’s chasing a ball around the house, running around the yard, or just bouncing around with excitement, he absolutely loves being active and will happily keep you entertained with his playful spirit. He’s incredibly friendly and gentle, especially with kids. He’s patient, kind, and always eager to make new friends, whether they’re adults, children, or other dogs. Truly one of the least aggressive dogs I’ve ever met. Tucker is very well trained in all the basic commands and is great off-leash, with a great recall response; he was trained without the use of treats or food. Tucker doesn't bark much at all, or when new people enter the home. He is apartment-friendly! I am deploying soon and can't take him with me. He is free, I just want him to go into a loving home and family more than anything than taking him to a shelter.
