We do not know how she would be with other dogs, cats or children. She has started basic training with Dave Gyurica of The Retriever Barn. She needs a little work on pulling. She is waiting to find her forever home.Description: 2-3 years, Female, Akita Mix, 42#Kennel ID#: D26-029Intake Date: 02-02-2026Sandusky County Dog Kennel1950 Countryside PlaceFremont, OH 43420419-334-2372ADOPTION FEE *(Effective 01-01-2026) is $200 and includes the spay or neuter, Microchip, 1 year Rabies Vaccine, 4 in 1 vaccine, heartworm test, deworming, current on heartworm/flea/tick prevention and the current years Dog License.ADOPTION PROCESS: If more than one person is here for the same dog at the time the dog becomes available, a drawing will be held to decide the adopter. At the time of the drawing, we will draw a second ticket, in case it would not work out with the first person. If the dog is not adopted directly at the time it becomes available, then the first person here would be able to adopt the dog.HOURS: Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Dog viewing hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
