She’s the definition of a relaxed companion — most of the day she’s perfectly happy lounging around, napping, and just being near her people. She’ll play for a few minutes here and there, but she’s definitely more of a “couch potato” than a high-energy dog. One of Nala’s favorite things is going on walks. She enjoys getting outside, exploring, and spending time with her family. She is wonderful with kids and has been a great family dog. Nala would do best in a home where she can be the center of attention or with owners experienced with strong personalities, as she is not a huge fan of other dogs. She’s loyal, loving, protective of her family, and happiest in a calm home where she can relax and be loved. We adopted Chloe and her brother from a couple near Galipolis, Ohio. We've had them since they were 12 weeks old. A little skittish around those she doesn't know but warms up very well. They would require a fenced in yard as they like to run. My husband is disabled and has other health problems that are preventing us to give them the love and attention they need. They love belly rubs and laps. They are our doorbell. We have young grandchildren that they have been around. Good with our cat. Housebroke, crate trained, let's you know when they need to go outside. Very loving young dogs. Microchipped and up to date on shots.

This absolute dork is Mr. Magoo and he is definitely the complete opposite personality of what an Akita is supposed to be. He is an absolute dork and a walking cartoon. He thinks life is hilarious and everything in it is funny. He has got the best personality ever. Super friendly. So what’s his issue? Mr. Magoo can only see shadows. He can absolutely find the tennis ball when you throw it in the yard, but tossing a cotton ball at him in an exam room, not so much. It does not affect his life at all. Mr. Magoo is about two years old. If you were a person that’s been feeling kind of down and lonely lately. This guy will cheer you right up and be your buddy for life! He has a walking comedy show!
