This absolutely beautiful Akita puppy was picked up as a stray. Completely shut down in the back of her kennel. Would not even look at you. I figured if I could get her home into a quiet environment, she would come out of her show especially with other dogs around to show her the ropes. I was right. Completely different dogs since the moment she stepped into my home. Housebroken crate train. Great with other dogs. Still a puppy she has been spayed, up-to-date on shots, heartworm, tested, negative, heartworm prevention, flea attic prevention for three months and micro chipped. Adoption fee is $400. That reference required..

Bindi was rescued in Georgia after being on the run for quite some time. She is a sweet, older girl who would do best in a quiet, older home. She enjoys napping, basking in the sun and rolling around in the grass. She is anxious and we feel our home environment is making her golden years miserable. She enjoys slow moving homes where she can loaf around and be loved on. We are rehoming at no fault of her, but rather due to our home environment changing and it stressing her out significantly. We have tried medication to no avail and feel it's not fair to suppress her sweetness with even more anxiety medication due to a loud, busy home. She would be the perfect candidate for a senior person/couple who wants companionship without the underfoot-must take for a walk-noisy dog.

Available for adoption at: Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center 1854 East Pike, Zanesville, Ohio 43701 740-453-0273 Open Tues-F 11-5, Saturday 11-4, Sunday 10-3. Closed on Monday. Adoption fee is $130 which includes spay/neuter, combo, rabies, and bordetella vaccines, heartworm test and dog license. (Although some of the dogs come to the pound spayed or neutered, most do not. If you adopt a dog that has not yet been spayed/neutered, we will set up an appointment for the dog to be spayed/neutered before it can leave the facility.)

We have owned him since he was a puppy. We're so regretful to find him a new home . He must go to anyone that will love him . He needs to be able to run outside like on a farm . He has anxiety issues he hates to be alone . And will chew whatever if he is alone. But if your with him all the time he's the best. He is closterfibic and can't be opened up. Any other concerns pls ask.
