He is outgoing and friendly and just so happy to meet everyone! He is really big goof that just wants to be near you. His favorite activity is being curled up in your lap, even if he knows he's not your standard lap dog size.. ? With continued training in an active home, you will really see what a fantastic personality he has! He has done well with other dogs, but he's been on his best behavior with female dogs, so we'd like to find him a doggy sister for him. Are you an outgoing active family that wants a big silly furry friend?! Give Aries a chance! Adoption fee for all dogs over 4 months is $200 each, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (including all puppy boosters for puppies under 4 months), worming, flea/tick treatment if needed, microchip and collar/leash/tags.

Kiba is a sweet, energetic girl. She was the only solid white female out of a litter of nine. We had a litter last October, and she is one of two females left. Momma is spayed now thankfully. Kiba is NOT spayed and not housetrained, yet she will not be difficult to train as she is very eager to learn and please her owner. She is over a year old and weighed 76 lbs on her last vet trip. Her dad weighs 114 lbs, and her mother close to 80 lbs. We are asking $800, as she is AKC and that is the minimum I can manage due to vet bills and feed. She is UTD on all shots. She will come with her AKC paperwork and AKC folders with vaccine labels on the back. She loves being around people, petting, and running through the grass. She loves fetch. She requires a fenced-in yard and someone determined to work with her. NO CATS whatsoever; we have several cats on the farm and she does not do well with them. Kayenne is a fawn, panda-faced American Akita. She is one of the last pups left from a litter we had last October. Momma is spayed now, thankfully. Kayenne is NOT spayed, and NOT house trained. She should not be hard to train, as these dogs are eager to learn. She is over a year old and weighed ~70lbs on our most recent vet trip. Her dad weighs 114 lbs, and her mother close to 80 lbs. We are asking $800, as she is AKC and that is the minimum I can manage due to the vet and feed bill. She is UTD on all shots. She will come with her AKC paperwork and AKC folders with vaccine labels on the back. She is VERY energetic and needs space for exercise, and an owner who is okay with daily walks or playtime. She has a high prey drive—as most Akitas do—so no cats or small animals. She requires a sturdy, fenced-in yard (!) and someone determined to work with her. Carebear is looking for a home! This little girl is somehow low energy, despite being Husky/Heeler/Pit mix... thats so much Dog per dog, and yet! Alls she wants to do is hang out and cuddle. She does use her cry baby husky voice when in the shelter kennels around other noisy dogs, but not while hanging out with humans. Carebear is around 3 years old, but was repeatedly abandoned by past owners. She has no idea how to play with toys, but is desperate for any love and affection your can offer her. She is great with hands on her face, and loves to give the gentlest kisses 🥺 She is also Heeler sized- so she's on the more 'Medium' end for an adult dog 💗 Please call Guthrie Animal Shelter if you would like to meet Carebear.
