Ziggy is 1 year and 4 months old female Husky, german sheperd mix ( we think there might be some cat or fox mixed in there a bit). She is a super sweet, playful girl. She loves to play and is a little rambunctious. She will sit and lay down. She is crate trained and house trained. She loves squeaky toys. She has a big personality and will shower you with kisses. She has been a primarily inside dog, but absolutely loves her time outside. *Cons (for our family at least): She is very hyper and stubborn to train. She is very vocal and will let you know when she wants out of her crate. She is a picky eater at times. She also is a chewer, so ample toy supply is a must. Overall, She is a wonderful girl. We have an electric fence and she will not train to stay in the yard, so a fenced backyard might be what she needs to release some energy. She also might do better in a home where someone is home and is able to be out of her crate more often throughout the day.

This handsome gentleman is Ozzy and he’s been with Bella SPCA for 175 days. 😞 He has known love all of his life and due to unfortunate life situations with his loving owner of 9+ years, the gut wrenching decision had to be made to surrender him. He has been with me for 3 days now, but this is what I know about him: ❤️ Ozzy is a gentle giant and very polite ❤️ He is 10 years old and low energy—he enjoys being a couch potato ❤️ He does not like high energy dogs who get in his face / space (I get that!) ❤️ He is housebroken and is adapting to the crate while I’m at work ❤️ He sleeps in my room on his bed at night without issue ❤️ Ozzy does NOT like thunder!! ❤️ He is starting to come around for more love and pets as he continues to decompress and learns to trust me, but he is a known velcro dog 😌 ❤️ He LOVES car rides and snacks and laying outside on the patio ❤️ He sits for treats Whomever adopts this sweet old guy will be the luckiest of people. He has a lot of love to give and deserves to be loved in his golden years.

Let us introduce you to a long termer, this is Ducky! He is 9 months old, 51 lbs, and just a big lap baby. He is great with other dogs and kids. Ducky came to us with a constant cough and after 155 days the vet has cleared him. He will just have a chronic cough after lots of playtime but absolutely doesn't let it slow him down. Meet Thor! He is a former outdoor, country dog turned indoor dog that can’t get enough snuggles and affection. He is 3 years old, UTD on shots, and fixed. Still working on common commands. He prefers to be indoors now but loves going on walks and for a swim. He has done well making friends with other big dogs he’s met. We’re unsure about small dogs/ definitely not accepting of cats.
