Adopted in 2018, Parker found himself back at the rescue when his previous owner ended up in jail, prompting a call to us to help him find a new forever home. Parker is a gentle and affectionate dog who quickly forms strong bonds with his person. While he can be a bit nervous and flighty at first, he’s incredibly loving once he feels secure. He gets along well with other dogs and has no medical concerns, making him a well-rounded and healthy companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal dog who will become deeply attached to you and needs a little time to settle in, Parker is ready to bring his love and warmth into your life. Story
My dad’s dog who we took in because he couldn’t really take care off anymore. Very good dog, rarely barks. Will just lay in his bed most of the day. Loves his walks, only has one eye from an accident awhile back. We are moving to Tennessee in a little over a month and aren’t able to take him with us. He does shed a lot because he is part Pomeranian.

Story
I've had Gigi for about 5 years after adopting her from my sister, who had her as a puppy in California. She's now around 5-6 years old and has lived with me in both Washington and California. Gigi travels very well and loves long car rides, especially when she can look for squirrels. She needs plenty of exercise and does great on hikes, long walks, and even running alongside a skateboard or bike. She has always lived with other dogs (large and small), cats, and children and does well with all. She was once attacked by another dog and needed stitches but fully recovered. She does need to be watched around trash, as she once ate something dangerous and required emergency surgery, which she also fully recovered from. Gigi is high energy but past the puppy stage, loves toys, and tug-of-war is her favorite. She needs a dedicated home that can give her proper exercise, structure, and lots of love.
