Age: 3 years Weight: 40 lbs Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Good with kids: Unknown Activity level: High Shedding Level: High Training: Basic, Leash Skylar is a gorgeous husky/shepherd mix with striking blue eyes. He is about 3 years old. Skylar had been injured during his time on the streets and had TPLO surgery on his leg last year. He has since recovered nicely. He absolutely loves to run and play! He likes to try to be in charge, but takes correction well. He loves to play with other dogs and get out his energy. He gets nervous with quick movements and takes a minute to adjust to new people and situations. With a little patience and plenty of treats he will warm right up and ask for pets. Once he is comfortable, he loves pets, giving kisses, and cuddling! He will even gently reach over and pull your hand back with his paw if you stop petting him before he is ready.  Skylar finished his training on basic obedience commands and socialization and is ready for a foster or forever home! Mahomes will easily become your favorite guy regardless of your sports fandom. This friendly young boy enjoys petting and gnawing on a tasty chew bone. Having his fans nearby brings him extra confidence and gives him the opportunity to show he's a good neighbor. This adorable, clumsy fellow thrives on affection. Playing catch or fetch isnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t a priority for him, but hugs and pets are always welcome. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s housebroken and a champ on his leash. Mahomesâ&#194&#128&#194&#153 current care has him on a path to a long and healthy life, so opportunities to meet other furry friends remain limited as he improves. For now, people are his favorites pastime and heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a champion at spreading happiness. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. Meatball is a male German shepherd / husky mix. He has one brown eye and one blue eye. He is full grown at 2 years old. He loves walks and playing at the dog park. Hard, indestructible toys are his best friend. Soft toys are destroyed in 2 mins. lol. He is crate trained. Rings the bells to let you know he needs to go outside to potty. He knows basic commands: sit, place, crate, potty. If you tell him itâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s time to go 'night-night', he will go to crate. No soft bedding in the crate. If he gets bored, he will tear it up. No accidents in the house. We rescued him from a shelter and he is fixed and chipped. He does well with other dogs and teenagers. We donâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t know how he would be with little kids as we donâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t have any. He is about 65lbs and considered full grown- medium sized dog.
