Story
Carson came to us from a puppy mill farm that closed down. He lived in a 10x10 run since he was a puppy with little human interaction. He is shy and timid but has learned so much in the little bit of time we have had him. He is a sweet deserving guy that will blossom with a patient family that can introduce him to life outside of a 10x10 run. He is looking for stability and someone to love. He would benefit from living with a female dog companion who can help show him what home life is like.

Story
Meet Judge - a handsome 3-year-old Alaskan Malamute with bright eyes, a big personality, and a voice he isn’t afraid to use.Judge arrived as a stray with another dog, and no one ever came to claim him. We truly can’t understand why. He’s a happy, friendly boy who seems to enjoy everyone he meets. He gets along well with other dogs and has that classic Alaskan Malamute charm that makes people smile.Like many Alaskan Malamute, Judge has a wonderful Malamute howl. It’s not just a bark - it’s his way of talking to you, greeting you, or letting you know he’s excited. It’s hard not to laugh when he starts up.Judge is a big, sturdy guy, so while he’s good with kids, a home with toddlers probably isn’t the best fit since he could accidentally knock them over during playtime. He would love a securely fenced yard where he can run and explore, but it’s not required as long as he gets plenty of exercise and activity. Alaskan Malamute are incredibly smart and curious - and yes, they are famous escape artists - so his new family will need to keep one step ahead of him.And one more thing: Judge sheds. A lot. But Malamute lovers know that’s just part of the package. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion with personality to spare, Judge may be ready to preside over your home and heart.

Story
Meet Maxx, a handsome and energetic young dog who carries the intelligence and independent spirit of his Alaskan Malamute heritage in a unique, less-fluffy package. Weighing around 75 pounds, this one-year-old is ready to bring his loyal and playful personality to a forever home.Maxx is a dog with character. He loves plush toys and squeakers, staring at his reflection, and a good game of basketball. He is an independent companion who appreciates his own space but is always ready to lend a helping paw, whether it be by pushing open doors to help bring in groceries or ringing the doorbell. His most endearing trait is the warm, cuddly welcome he gives when his people return home.He has a fantastic foundation thanks to his foster family. Maxx is house-trained, crate-trained (and prefers to sleep in his crate even with the door wide open), and knows basic commands like `sit` and `stop.` He loves his walks and is making great progress on leash manners, though he will do best with a confident walker who can continue his training. He has been good with older children and shows a playful curiosity toward other dogs on walks.Maxx is looking for an active, patient family who can provide him with the love and structure he needs to truly thrive. If you are ready for a devoted and wonderful companion, ask about Maxx today!Maxx is located in Houston, Tx and can be transported to most states for $300.00
