Story
Ghost is a beautiful, 52 pound blue eyed Malamute that was rescued from a high kill shelter. His owner never came for him even though he was microchipped. Ghost is so affectionate, so sweet and such a great loving dog. He loves to run and play. Ghost would do best in a single dog household. He is dominate over the other house dogs, so a one dog family is his deal. He is fine on walks, passing other dogs etc. If you want a great buddy to do adventures with, this stunner is your boy. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. Thank you for looking at a rescue dog for your next family member.

Story
Zeus is an almost 15 months old pup, very smart, sweet and playful boy, loves to go to the beach, park and loves running. He needs lots of space to run. I’m looking for serous applicants only , house with a Yard is a must , and preferably with another husky so he has a friend to play, no husky is ok too… He lives in a apartment building right now which is an issue for a pup like Zeus. He’s an amazing dog so I’m looking what’s best for him. I got him from a friend who didn’t know how to take care of him when he was a a baby , he’s trained now, knows all commands and listens, he loves to eat broccoli, carrots , freezed- dried meat , and bananas, are his favorite:))) I hope to find best home for him!

Story
Handsome Hachi is really super handsome. His coat is so soft and fluffy. Hachi's family kicked him out when he was not a puppy anymore. He was very confused because he's a sensitive, sweet dog and he didn't understand what had happened. Hachi has stabilized now and is ready for a loving home. He lived with another Husky before so with the right match, he would be good with a companion. Hachi is a goofball and likes to be silly. He loves to play ball and show off. Hachi has a very sweet soul and is looking for a calm, adult household that will love him forever! Story
Hi, my name is Hoagy and I am a very sweet, and handsome, 4 year old Siberian Husky mix boy. I am ok with other large dogs but would be best as an only dog as I can clash with other dominant large dog personalities.  I haven't been tested with small dogs or cats although rescue doesn't believe I would be ok with either.  I can get over excited during play time and would be best suited with a family who is Northern breed experienced. I would be a great mushing/sled dog....hint. hint.  If you are interested in adopting me please complete an adoption application today at https://www.delaneysdog.com/adoption-application.html my adoption comes with 3 free training sessions from my trainer and friend: Ian at Dog on Fun in Covina.   Looking forward to hearing from you!!! ##1852956##

Story
Unfortunately my roommate can no longer care for her dog so I’m trying to help rehome her :( Here is some info: This is Penny. She is a ~4 year old malamute husky German shepherd mix. She’s got such a spunky personality and loves attention. Regular walks/exercise and stimulation is a must; she’s not the kind of dog that lays around and sleeps all day. A place where she would have space to run around and play would be preferred, but as long as she’s walked everyday she will be happy. She’s great with people, especially with men, but sometimes unpredictable with other dogs so she would be best as the only pet in a home. She’s very smart and trainable. She has basic training but could use some more, especially with food aggression and socializing. She’s such a special silly girl and would be a great companion. We’re in Los Angeles, but willing to help transport if it’s the right situation. Happy to answer any questions you have!
