Current Location: Stevensville, MD Hi! I'm Mizu and I'm the CUTEST little bobtail kitten! I'm new to OPH - I just arrived off transport on 7/29 - but I'm already settling into my foster home and showing off what a playful, fun little guy I am! I don't seem phased by much - the foster's dogs, the curious cats, the interested kids - they all seem like fun! I can't wait to get to know them all better. Meet ZigZag the American Bobtail LAP CAT! Don't let his shy first impression fool you... When ZigZag first arrived at Forgotten Cats, he preferred the safety of his cozy bed and rarely ventured out of his cage. He seemed unsure of the world around him, quietly watching everything from his little hideaway. Then came picture day. Imagine the photographer's surprise when she met ZigZag again in the free-roaming room! She sat down on the floor to photograph the cats, and within moments ZigZag climbed right into her lap and made himself completely at home. In fact, he refused to move! The photographer ended up taking pictures of all the other cats while cuddling ZigZag the entire time. It turns out this sweet boy wasn't shy at all—he just needed to feel safe before showing his true colors. Today, ZigZag is one of the most lovable cats at the adoption center. If you have a lap, he'll happily fill it. He adores attention, enjoys cuddling, and is happiest when he's close to his favorite people. If you're looking for a cat who will be your constant companion, your TV buddy, your reading partner, or your work-from-home supervisor, Zig Zag is ready for the job.
