Story
Meet Bob, a short haired bobtail male about 2 years old (DOB about 2/1/24). He is super friendly and just wants to be petted constantly (see the video). He is vocal and talks to you. He is afraid of large dogs right now. He was showed up a few weeks ago at a farm in Andersonville injured. The vet thinks he was attacked by a dog or coyote based on the injuries on his legs and chest. He didn’t seem bothered by the little dogs in the waiting room at the vet. He also seems to get along ok with other cats. He CRAVES attention and would be a great lap cat. He would be an amazing companion for an older person or someone who works from home where he would get lots of attention. He has been around (and did fine with) a 13-year old child, but has not been around young kids so far. He uses cardboard scratchers and is not destructive. He is very treat oriented. He just pretty much wants you to sit with him, talk to him and pet him. He has been tested (neg) for feline leukemia/aids, vaccinated for distemper and rabies, wormed, had advantage for fleas, been vet checked and neutered. He is a large cat weighing more than 14 pounds. If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 (land line) or hhfrey1@tds.netWe are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Sable is a sweet bobtail girl, and her small bobbed tail just makes her even cuter! She is loving and affectionate, but can also play independently. She enjoys being pet and snuggling with you, but can also bat toys around and run up a cat tree at lightning speed! She knows how to create her own fun when you are busy, but can also flop into your lap when you have free time. She would be a wonderful addition to a family or single adult.February 10, 2026, 9:41 am

Story
Meet Gojo! Gojo is a terrific 2-year-old tabby with a big personality to match his adorable, slightly chonky build. He’s talkative, people-friendly, and wonderfully curious. Gojo loves exploring his surroundings, scratching to his heart’s content on a good scratching post, and keeping an eye on the world from a sunny window perch. Gojo is FIV positive, but don’t let that stop you from meeting him. With proper introductions and living with other fixed, friendly cats, the risk of transmission is minimal, and FIV cats can live long, happy lives. If you’re looking for an affectionate companion who will happily chat with you and keep you company, Gojo may be your perfect match. He is litter box trained and ready to become a cherished member of your family. *Indoor-only homes, please *We welcome out-of-state adoptions, but we do not provide transport.
