Story
Ladybug is the sweetest girl who would love to cuddle with you all day. She seriously wants to be in your arms always. Ladybug was found on the side of the road (presumed dumped). She has Manx syndrome which comes in varied degrees. For Ladybug this means that she needs bladder expression 3x per day and is fecal incontinent, since she does not have an anus. She is very easy to express and as long as this is done regularly will not leak urine. She does best on a canned or raw diet to keep her stool nice and firm. This makes it easy to pick up. Ladybug gets along with cats and dogs. She is one of the sweetest cats her foster has ever met and we are hopeful a special adopter will open their hearts and find her extra care worth it. A Grade 2 heart murmur was auscultated during exam, however no signs of congestive heart failure noted.

Story
Hello there! My name is Dung Beetle and I am a mischievous and fun young guy who loves to play and snuggle. I am especially fond of sleeping with my humans in bed and tucking myself into blankets. I wrap myself up in a banket burrito just like a human. I want to be a part of all the household fun, and even ride on shoulders sometimes, and haven't met a cat or dog who isn't my friend so far. My needs are a little different than the normal cat. For this reason, I found myself surrendered to the shelter at 12 weeks old and was scheduled to be euthanized. My life had not even begun! Thankfully Misfit Felines saved me just in time. I was born with Manx Syndrome, which means that I don't have a tail, my spine is shorter, and I need some help going to the bathroom. I've learned that wearing diapers isn't all that bad, because it means I can run the house and live like a normal feline. I do need my bladder expressed 2 to 3x per day, and unfortunately sometimes my butt gets a little messy so a quick wet wipe or wash of my rear is needed once or twice per day. I am not too fond of this time, and make that known with a meow that sounds like an old creaky door, but once it's done I'm back to having fun. Bonus is no finding a spot for a litterbox (although if there is one I will dig just for fun). I really love the companionship of other kitties, and if someone had room in their heart for two special kitties, my friend Ladybug and I are a great pair.
