Though he may be a little shy when you first meet him, all he needs is a little bit of time and kindness - and maybe a few soft treats - to feel safe enough to show his true, loving self. Once he warms up, Riblet will give you his whole heart - and his captivating eyes show that love so well! He adores belly rubs, neck scratches, and snuggles … basically anything that brings him closer to you. This sweet boy has quickly picked up leash manners and the Sit command, showing signs of being a fast and eager learner.  Riblet also has a fun playful side - he loves chasing after balls and squeaky toys, always bringing joy into the moment. Most of all, though, this boy loves his cuddle time and gives you such heartfelt adoring looks with his stunning eyes - and that’s what makes him truly special. Just give this precious pup a chance, and Riblet is sure to brighten your life with love, happiness, and the sweetest companionship. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. We are heartbroken to rehome our beloved Cookie due to an upcoming move out of state and breed restrictions beyond our control. This decision has nothing to due with her behavior or temperament she is a wonderful companion and deserves a stable loving home. She is affectionate, loyal, and enjoys being part of the family. She love spending time with her people, hiking, walks, and relaxing at home. She does best with consistent walks and positive attention. She has been a cherished member of our family and we want to ensure she transitions to a home where she will be loved and cared for. Our goal is to find a reasonable adopter who can provide the space, time, and commitment she deserves.

Goober alert! Bodie is all puppy inside his brain. He is curious about absolutely everything, and follows that curiosity beyond reason. When he gets himself into a bind, he can really pour on the drama, putting on a world-class pout and keeping woe-is-me puppy-dog eyes at the ready to get sympathy. We confess - it works! Bodie is energetic and adventurous, tackling the playground equipment with happy abandon and impressive athleticism. He knows his manners but likes to see if maybe he doesn't have to use them (flash back to 'puppy-dog eyes' and pouts). Treats, toys, and adorable head tilts round out his favorite things. Honestly, life is pretty much his favorite thing. [Unfortunately, tho, other animals are not his favorite. For his entertainment, he asks you get him the biggest toys you can find (horse toys could be just right!) - otherwise he will make everything into a toy. He and his super-sized toys must have a yard and that yard needs a solid, strong privacy fence.   REQUIRED: He is a strong boy who needs things to do or he will find things to do.
