Is your dog lonely and can use a nice friend? I rescued Bro from Mexico and brought him back to the US with me hoping to place him with a nice family who has another dog in their home. Bro is used to being in a pack and he’s starving for some pack action. He seems a bit depressed being an ‘only dog’ since we’ve been here in Gainesville for about a month. I’m not really sure what he is, he seems to be a mix of all sorts, but he’s a beautiful reddish brown brindle with white and reminds me of a bengal tiger. He loves to cuddle and long walks in the woods and being in water. 💓 About Bro: • About 5 years old • Neutered male • 57 lbs • Has all his shots updated • Microchipped 🦴 More about him: • Good with kids • Knows basic commands like sit, down, stay • Potty trained • He won’t destroy your furniture or things • Has lived with a cat • Loves to play with other dogs his size • Prefers a strong masculine presence/authority figure

I`m 50 Scent, and I`ve been waiting for you in da club....da friendship club! I`m VERY attentive to my person and would be your very best friend. I`ve spent time in a foster home, and my foster family reports I`m housebroken, crate trained, and know sit and paw, and I`ll always whip out the tricks when you offer me a little snack (perhaps from the candy shop) or a squeaky toy! After we spend some time together outside in the sunshine, I`m totally content to sploot on the floor next to you while you get work done, and I`ll be ready for cuddles whenever you are. Da friendship club is tight-knit - I much prefer people to everything else, so I would prefer to be the only pet in the home, pretty please. The only other thing you should know about me is that I CAN climb fences, but I really have no desire to as long as you’re with me, so supervised time outside or leashed walks is perfect for me. Adopting me would be like partying like it`s your birthday EVERY DAY! Mic drop. Let`s meet!

Charmed to meet you, my name is Edgar. I`m a well-seasoned guy who is, if you ask me, a fabulous age. Old enough to not need much romping around time and totally content to nap on my bed for a few hours but not so old that I won`t partake in hikes or spending time with other relaxed dogs. I am cat friendly. When I arrived at ACAR, I was missing lots of my hair, but it has been growing back in beautifully, and I am feeling my best self!
