Story
OUR LENOARD!! People have let Lenny down, and it physically shows in the scars on his face. This dog has more personality in one paw than a whole sea full of animals. He makes his foster laugh on a daily basis but also, she cries. She cries because they ADORE each other, and as badly as she wants him as her own, she has other dogs that will not allow that to happen. Therefore, he stays in an outside kennel where he is well behaved, but sits patiently waiting for his outside playtime with her. This dog loves her with every inch of his soul, which tells us he understands that he now has someone in his life who is showing him love and attention for the first time ever. But, he needs his own family to adore. A family that he can shower ALL his love onto. A family that will understand his quirkiness!!! Do you know how rewarding it is to help a dog like Lenny? It truly feels like a gift to see a dog like him learn to trust, open up, and fall in love with you. He needs you! Please give him a chance to get out of a kennel and into a home of his own. Lenny will never forget your generosity. He's about 4, and his face full of scars tells a story, but only one that he knows. We can only use our imagination, which leads us down an angry path. He is dog friendly. He is the cutest with how he loves to curl up into a cocoon at night on his bed with his blanket. We want to see Lenny get inside a home, where he can receive attention ALL day, just not sporadically during his day. As far along as he has come, can you imagine how much more he would if he was with you in your home? He is a pleaser, an attention seeker, has the heart the size of the moon, and has so much ~ SO MUCH `LOVE to give his person. He deserves so much more than we can provide him. He's fully vetted. He's definitely a once in a lifetime dog for someone and just wasting away in an outdoor kennel. If you are interested in fostering or adopting him, please fill out the application here and his foster will be in touch. Silver and Coco are an amazing dogs. They are both a burst of energy. I rescued them when they were four weeks old. They are loving and the best friends you can have. They are friendly as can be. They get along well with people, including children. They also get along with other dogs. I am relocating and they cannot go with me. I hate to give them up. Coco is brindle.

Story
When i received Willie he was a puppy (12 weeks old). Very loving and affectionate animal. I also acquired his brother (Chunky). Both are from the same litter. Both are very affectionate dogs and love attention but also gives it back to you. Willie is very active and loves to play. He is not aggressive, although his statue may think he is. When he is outside playing, he thinks he is the king of the castle. He loves to run around in the backyard so he needs a yard that he can roam. Cuddling is his thing as well. If you allow him to he will cuddle with you all day long. He also act as your protector when you are outside with him. He likes to stand guard like he is making sure you are ok. This was a very tough decision for me but I just cant take him and his brother with me. I would like for him and his brother to stay together because they havent been separated from each other. Please find them a good home.

Story
PAL To sponsor Pal or any of our incredible dogs, click here Insta @thebullpenrescue FB https://www.facebook.com/BullpenRescue TikTok: @bullpenrescue Meet precious Pal! This handsome hunk is looking for his forever family, and wants his new people to know these 10 things about him: I am a 7 year old Bulldog, and I weigh about 80lbs. Something happened to my tail before I came to rescue that resulted in a permanent kink, which I’ve been told makes me even more adorable! The past few years have been rough for me. I was adopted and returned 3 times from a shelter in Atlanta before I came to the Bullpen, and I am hopeful that my next family will actually be forever. Like many dogs of my breed, I can be extremely stubborn and grumpy if I don’t get my way. I absolutely need an experienced owner who knows how to set and maintain clear and consistent boundaries. I am generally a social boy with new people and I think I could live in a home with children over 14, as long as they weren’t too loud or rambunctious and had some previous experience/training with big dogs. I think I could happily live in a home with a large female dog. I love to chase the barn cats at the Bullpen, so I believe a home without cats or small dogs would be the best fit for me. My favorite things to do are get treats and explore outside in the yard. I also love to go in the car, but I do need to be crated for rides. The words that best describe me are energetic, stubborn, and curious. I am housebroken and know how to use a dog door. I am learning basic obedience and am getting better on a leash. I am also crate trained, but I don’t really like to go in. I am fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. Ready to give Pal the forever home of his dreams? Fill out our Adoption Application, located at The Bullpen Way Station & Sanctuary under the 'work with us' tab. We highly recommend that our potential adopters fill out an online application as soon as possible, as it greatly expedites the process of finding the right dog for your situation. Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting. Please understand that our dogs are not adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis, but rather we strive for a "perfect placement" so we know that they will not be failed again.
