This beautiful American Bulldog mix absolutely loves attention — all of it! Pets, walks, treats, playtime, even a quick glance her way makes her whole day. Cassie is happiest when she’s with her people and would love nothing more than to devote all her love and energy to her forever family. She came to us as a stray, but from the very first day, her tail hasn’t stopped wagging. Cassie is always up for an adventure and loves meeting new people. What she’s really hoping for now is a family who will love her unconditionally and give her the wonderful life she deserves. Interested in adopting? - Busy pup who loves to connect with people through play and other activities; will likely enjoy physical activity and mental challenges to keep his mind and body busy- Likes toys, including giggle balls, Nylabones and other toys he can chew - Loves to give kisses - Enjoys going on walks and does best with a harness- Doesn't always understand how big he is and could use some work on his manners right now, but he is treat-motivated and would be an excellent fit for positive reinforcement-based training classes - Tends to be a linebacker-type player with other dogs; will likely do best with a select group of rough-and-tumble dog friends with a similar play style (dog intro required) - May be a bit much for young children right now and would likely do best in a home where all family members are big enough and mature enough to enjoy his energy This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Chino aka the doe eyed sweetheart who wears his ears like a hat, is looking for his new family! Chino is a BIG fan of toys and he will make it a personal requirement to always have more at his request. Sometimes a few toys might end up ripped or broken but if you ask Chino, he's not sure how that happens. He is fully potty trained and has done well on walks, even preferring to carry his toys for the entire duration. Chinos big head and loving personality has made him a staff favorite at the shelter so we can all say confidently that you won't want to miss out on this goof! Fill out an application to meet Chino!
