A24532 Lulu is a black and brown with some white colored, approximately 8-year-old, 60-pound, spayed female, American Bulldog. She entered the shelter an owner surrender on 12-26-2024 due to the fact they have fallen on hard times and cannot financially have a pet. Lulu is a friendly, eager and energetic girl here in the shelter. Our staff describes her as super friendly, affectionate and playful. She was easy to leash and excited to go for a walk. She was well behaved during our walks, no pulling and listened well. She got excited about something a couple of times and did a few little spins but listened and was easily corrected. She has had some training and will “sit” and “shake” upon command. She loved the play yard and running around and playing with toys. The previous owner says she is housebroken and has lived with dogs, and children, but not cats. She walked by most dogs without paying any attention to them in their kennel. However, there were a few dogs she stopped, smelled them and started barking at them. We would recommend a meet and greet if you have another dog in the home, since she seems to be selective. Lulu will be a fun-loving family member in her new forever home.

This sweet dog was found on a busy road along with another dog. We have been fostering him for 2 months. He is a gentle, sweet, calm dog who has learned quickly.We were told by our vet that he is a pocket bully. If you research pocket bullys online, the information about is gentle and loyal temperament is accurate. He is good around kids He is eager to please, listens well, is leash trained and just needs a forever home. We would keep him as ours if we didnt have 5 dogs. Your heart will melt when he looks up in to your eyes.
