Meet Ayla & Gorda, the bonded kitties! These gals came to the Shelter due to no fault of their own (the previous guardian developed allergies). Ayla and Gorda are indoor kitties who are two peas in a pod. They reliably used the litterbox in their previous home. Ayla is more of a lap cat but does enjoy playing with her sis Gorda. They use the scratching post that was offered in the previous home. If you are looking for a dynamic duo to complete your home – consider meeting Ayla and Gorda today. Their adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous donor!Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
