Story
Meet Margo! This dainty lady is made of sugar and spice and everything nice! Margo is fairly young, 2-3 years old, and very small, 12.5 pounds, but even at pocket-sized, she packs a good punch. She absolutely loves people and bonds very quickly!! She is already enamored with her foster parents and stays very close to them, night and day. In the evenings, she loves to curl up in a lap or on the floor by someone's feet. Margo has a moderate energy level - she's not a full-time couch potato, but she's not a wild child, either. She is playful towards her foster-dog-brother (who is a similar size to her) and with her foster parents, frequently "play-bowing" to all of them. She hasn't figured toys out yet, but she does love to go out in the yard and take a lap or two at high speed. Margo passionately loves belly rubs and will flip onto her back for one at every opportunity. She is so affectionate! While Margo has not been tested with large dogs, cats, or children, her overall disposition leads us to believe that she would likely do fine with them. Margo is housebroken with supervision. At night, she is happy to sleep in a soft dog bed on the floor of her foster parents' bedroom (though she clearly wants to be in the big bed with her humans). She is crated when they leave the house. She goes in her crate willingly but she does not like it and will bark loudly at first. Margo will need a home with a privacy fence as she can fit through wrought iron fencing.

Story
Meet Muffy! At 13, Muffy is a Super Senior! Don't let her age fool you, though - Muffy acts much younger and still has a lot of spring in her step! She's a friendly, affectionate girl with great house manners, who is just looking for a companion to curl up next to on the couch. She doesn't need much! Sweet Muffy's owner passed away, so she's seeking a friend to spend her retirement with. This kind hearted girl is quite a little gem and we know she will make a very rewarding buddy when she finds her forever family! Muffy will see the vet soon to determine whether she needs any additional medical care, including grading of her heart murmur (common in senior dogs) and any dental work.
