Koji - approximately 6 years old (he has lived a very rough life before we saved him :( He is a medium sized boy and American Eskimo mix :) So so cute! His foster family has this to say about him, "He is great with everyone. Loves cats and other dogs. But not a fan of small puppies right off. He is great with people. Rides perfect in a car and walks perfect on a leash. He's a very chill dog. Quiet and hardly ever barks, even when the doorbell rings. Really only barks once to come inside. He thinks he's a cat. Loves sitting on the top of the couch. He's housebroken and crate trained. He will also use a potty pad if he doesn't get let out soon enough. He's literally the perfect dog. He doesn't lick and doesn't really cuddle. But he does like to sleep and hang out near people. He likes to play tug. He's very fluffy and soft. He came to us with almost no hair and overwhelming yeast and bacterial infections all over his body :( I mean, can you imagine how long he suffered?? Now that he is growing his beauriul mane, he doesn't really shed and his flakes are clearing up. Still has a tendency to bite and gnaw on his leg, but I think a lot of that is compulsive. He's such a great little guy with the most easy going personality." If you know the Eskie breed you will know he is AWESOME!! Adopt him and give him all the love he deserves!! He is waiting!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

SPECIAL-NEEDS due to being scared/shy/timid. Darla is eight years old. She came from a terrible situation where she was kept in a crate 24/7. Darla is learning that life is going to be okay. She is scared/timid/shy because she was not socialized. She has lost an eye but gets around fine. We need someone to give Darla a safe place to call her own and to let her get used to her new owners. Darla lost an eye due to some sort of infection--we do not have details from owner. She has some urine stain on her coat but that will wash away soon. (Darla is NOT housebroken but should be fairly easy to help house train her.

Chase is a one-year-old American Eskimo. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. He is mostly housebroken. Chase is still very much a puppy so be ready for the challenge. Chase requires a physical fenced in yard and would like another dog to play with. He is very friendly and gets along with cats (although can play rough sometimes). Chase is mostly housebroken. Mindy is very special needs. She is fearful of new people and does not like other dogs. However, she loves whoever takes care of her and probably likes women more than men. If someone has a fenced yard and not a lot of foot traffic into the home, Mindy is very good. She is just not trusting of new people. She loves her caretaker and is very obedient to caretaker. Mindy is completely housebroken. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Someone just needs to know her situation and keep her safe. Mindy needs someone who is experienced with dogs and would be careful with her around people.

Neeka is around 10 to 11 years old. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Neeka is around 30 pounds. She is very sweet. Neeka is friendly, loves attention, and bonds quickly to her new parent(s). Neeka goes to daycare and the dog park and is fine with other dogs in that arena. However, inside the house she can be possessive with her parent and possibly nippy with the other dogs so a home with no other pets (or maybe just one other laid back pet) may be best for her.
