Meet Chaplain. His foster says he's an absolute doll.  He appears to be an American Eskimo/Pomeranian mix perhaps.  He's approximately 1 1/2 years of age and weighs about 20 lbs.  Chaplai is housebroken, crate trained and loves to play with the other dog in the home that's twice his size. He is content to lay in the back yard with a stick or on the floor inside. He doesn't seem to want to be a lap dog.  He prefers the floor or the dog bed. He takes treats very gently, eats calmly.  He does enjoy a good tennis ball! He is a bit skittish around new things and has a howl bigger than himself.  Chaplain has not been around any kids or cats so we're not sure how he'd be with them.     He picked up on going to the back door to go out to potty the first day. After he relieves himself, he might run a couple of zoomies in the yard and then comes right back to the back door and sits.  Overall he is a calm boy with gentle soul.
