Story

We got Charter from a shelter in 2020. We found out quickly that he has a skin condition/sensitive skin and is picky about food. We guess that he’s about 7 years old. After my grandfather passed away, he got very skittish for a while; had some house training issues and wasn’t really the dog we knew and loved anymore. We have corrected those issues by being able to let him run outside, although, he gets mad when we leave him at home for too long. He is friendly with cats and seems to do somewhat well with other dogs. He doesn’t like men very much but will adjust slowly as trust is earned. He is very lazy, doesn’t play, loves treats, and really just wants to be someone’s lap dog and to share human food. We are looking to rehome him because we really aren’t home enough to meet his needs anymore and we are planning to move soon, which renting with a dog over 40lbs is difficult. Also, the pet fee is completely unnecessary. I will answer any questions that I can. Thank you!
