Story
Smokie is a very energetic dog. He is 3 as of May 24 2024!! We are looking for a loving home to open their arms for this lovable dog. He is house trained, crate trained and knows simple commands! He enjoys car rides and scratches on the head :) A home with a yard to run around in or someone to take him on walks that is what we are looking for in a home for Smokie.

Story
Meatball is a fun young pitty boy who loves the attention and of course loves to play. He is a wiggly boy!! He is only 2 1/2 years old 49LBS and get along with everyone including other dogs. Just happy, happy!! He has been living with many other dogs and has been doing great. This is a note from his foster Mom: He came to us from a multi dog house and fit in immediately. Dominant dogs are not an issue with him, he ignores them but quickly conforms to the scenario. Chasing lizards is his favorite thing to do. So a fenced in yard would be great. Walking on a leash is not a problem; however, he does like to pull occasionally, so a strong parent is best. Occasionally he gets excited and likes to jump on his human friends. We are working on that and making great progress. Treats and food definitely motivate him to behave. He is definitely curious of cats and wants to sniff them. As long as they don't run, he won't chase. So we've introduced him to cats while he is in the crate and he is starting to ignore them. He is the biggest lover and just wants belly rubs from his humans. His bark is basically a grumble and non existent. This "Meatball" will make the best and most loyal companion. if you are interested in a really nice doggy, he is your guy. Please fill out the application online at pets@findahomegiveahome.com under the forms tab. He is up to date and neutered. Crate trained!!! His adoption fee is $100

Story
Noir was a stray and unfortunately end it up in a shelter where he was able to pass all the test for him to get adopted however after a couple of months being in a cage he was loosing his mind. It is called Kennel Rage and many dogs get depressed and very reactive after being locked up. I had met him a couple of months and he was gentle and played well with other dogs. He was actually submissive and took correction from other dogs very well. Our volunteer Jill took Noir out of the shelter with her pack to see how he would be doing in a home. He is wonderful. He is great with other dogs even little ones. He is a big cuddle bug and no issues. He plays great with other dogs. It is temporary and we know that if he goes back to the shelter he will be put down due to stress again. We are looking for a home for him. You will love him!!! He was tested with cats and was scared of them. Helping would be very special- Being in a home with a friend would all make us very happy- if you can help please email us ASAP at pets@findahomegiveahome.com. He is 54LBS- shelter thinks he is 2 but we do believe he is younger.
