Story
Ziggy is a 9 year old male cat. When adopted he was described as a personal assistant, meaning he wants to help you with everything! That is his personality, wants to be with you all the time and get lots of pets and snuggles. Unfortunately over the past 2 and a half years we have had 2 children which has changed the home environment for ziggy. Not only do we have less time to give him the attention he desires but our toddler son causes him distress. We have tried to teach our toddler to not chase, yell, grab or throw toys at the cats but unfortunately these things have still happened and lead to our toddler being bitten multiple times. We don’t want to have to worry about our toddler and baby around the cat and we don’t think it’s fair to our cat either. We simply feel our home is no longer a good match for Ziggy. We would love for him to go to a new child free home where he can get all the love and attention he deserves.

Story
Ozzy and Gracie are siblings, born Sept 2021 in a field in Calistoga. We adopted them as kittens and they have become family. Now we are moving and cannot take them with us. Ozzy & Gracie love attention and will crawl on your lap anytime you sit down. Gracie is more shy, easier to scare, and neither like being picked up. They do well with kid energy, as long as they have a quiet room to retreat to and a dark cozy place to hide. Ozzy and Gracie are in excellent health at 4 yrs old, short haired, no fleas, with great teeth and healthy weights of 9 and 11 lb. They have been super low maintenance, and entertain themselves very well. They love “talking” to birds and squirrels through the window screen. Both love the scratching pad, toys, treats and cat grass, & ripping up paper grocery bags or hiding in cardboard boxes. They have not been around other pets, and we are looking for a family, couple, or single person with no cats or dogs who are willing to keep them indoors.

Story
Meet Betsy! She is 7 1/2 yrs old. She is one cute furry kitty! She has a beautiful black and white Tuxedo coat. She is a fearless huntress of a cat that loves her cozy bed and getting petted frequently! She’s really good at letting you know what she needs. Needs space to roam in and out of house. She likes to sleep with her owner at the foot of the bed!! We can’t afford to keep her; She, despite being the best cat in the world… loves to scratch our patio posts and is competing with her less dominant sister cat for feline and urinary smell domination of our home (She will not mark her territory if there is no other cat in the house) and is, unfortunately no longer a good fit for our abode. It is sad for us to let her go, but also necessary. We are looking for a good comfy home for her, someone with a way for her to easily get in and out of house, is the only cat in the house, and can provide the affection she needs!

Story
Jones is a wonderful kitty that I adopted 4 yrs ago. He is talkative, playful and full of personality. He love to play with toys and loves to picked up and snuggled. He happily hangs out on a left shoulder with ease. He is also super soft. I love him and the other cat I got at the same time but my pug is super mean to him and is constantly chasing him aggressively. I hoped it would pass but no luck. He hides a lot in the bedroom and is very lonely. I just feel bad for him as he loves attention and just doesn’t get enough and I feel bad that he lives in fear. He is skittish around strangers at first but will warm up once he knows them. If someone wanted both cats since I got them together and they are buddies, I would be happy to give the other cat as well though she has assimilated with the dogs just fine and I do not need her to go. A photo of her is in this as well. She is just a sweetheart snowshoe Siamese lap kitty. I am happy to send some supplies (food, toys, carrier, food dish).

Story
Hello! I am looking for a loving new home for my grandmother's cat, Lucky. My grandmother passed away in April and we are only able to keep her most senior cat and unfortunately need to rehome the other two. Lucky is a sweet 7 year old boy! He has lived with 2 other cats and has been around children. He is a bit shy and loves playing and laying in the sun. He is currently an indoor/outdoor cat. Please let me know if you have any questions. He was very well taken care of with shots up to date.Thank you for reading.

Story
Sage is a beautiful kitty who always wants to know what’s going on in the world around her. She’s curious in the best way, peeking around corners, looking up at you with those emerald green eyes, watching people through windows, and greeting familiar faces with quiet confidence. She's a treasure and we adore her! Sage loves other cats and would do best with a feline friend who shares her gentle, social nature. Sage could do well in a home with respectful kids and a quiet space with time and patience to settle in, allowing her to shine like the jewel she is. Want to learn more about her? Story
Kody was a stray in our neighborhood. He was health when found. Vet thinks he could shed a pound or two, thinks he may been eating somewhere else or a good mouser. Until he knows you and your call for him he maybe a bit skittish. However, once he knows his name and will come to it. He loves to talk and often will meow back to you if you meow to him. I thought he had a home however the gentleman backed out at the last moment because he travels to much. Kody fixed, through Forgotten Felines, and up on his shots. Kody loves to follow my two cats around and will groom them. He puts himself to bed and has always uses the kitty litter box appropriately. He follows me around the house and loves attention. A good head scratch or a gentle belly rub. He had access to outside 24/7. Then you earn his trust he is very affectionate. He is the youngest (4) of my three cats (12&14) and deserved his own home and all the love and attention. Enjoy what the house offer for you.
