American Shorthair kittens & cats in Poway, California

This kitty is a very outgoing and personable cat who loves to cuddle and play. She’s great with toddlers. She’s young, 6 months to 1 year old the vet estimates. Found outside and rehabilitated back to full health. Food motivated and not overly vocal. Shots are up to date but will need booster shoots in a few weeks. Tested negative for feline leukemia and rabies. Very very sweet girl, just wants to chase a stick toy and cuddle on your lap.

Skippy was originally adopted from Petco by my aunt, who was nearly 90 at the time. She passed away in December 2025, and unfortunately I am not able to keep him. He was adopted the same day as his brother, Rolly Polly, and it would be wonderful if they could stay together, though I understand that may not be possible. He is about 12 years old, and I do have his original adoption paperwork. He is very sweet and affectionate; Skippy meows when he is happy to see you and loves to be pet.

He’s also become much more open to pets and cuddles, and approaches for pats to his cheeks, head, chin, and upper back....... Absolute heaven.Silverio needs an experienced human who understands that true love sometimes starts with slow blinks and ends with full-on cuddle puddles.
